I was born in 1972 in Prague, where I still live, although I am increasingly drawn to the countryside.
I started with arranged product photography (objects, food, etc.), continued with arranged photos of people in and outside the studio, until I reached authentic, unarranged, documentary and street photography.
I used to shoot on film, then in the nineties I was one of the first to buy digital. And now I use both film and digital, alternating depending on the occasion and mood.
What is important to me? Capture authentic moments, without embellishments. Moments that are timeless and mature like wine. I also use my communication skills, I need to greet people, have a few words with them and untie them.
In addition to photography, I enjoy hiking, camping, cooking, gardening, and working with my hands. And I love my girl more than anything.
